Shannon Mundell

 

 

Shannon Mundell joins the RealX® team with over 20 years of experience in real estate, business and law. As part of her real estate career, she directed and managed West Virginia University’s vast real estate portfolio for over ten years, including acreage, farms, developments and public-private partnerships representing over $300 million. Shannon was also corporate counsel for United Bank, Inc. and 84 Lumber Company. She has extensive experience in business and fiscal operations, property management, institutional leadership, site acquisitions and negotiations.

Shannon joined RealX® to provide service and benefit to educational institutions, companies, and landowners to maximize value and protect their opportunities in real property.
